Metacreator Mysteries

Peggy Kvam of Alter Ego Software passed some good news our way to share with the Ars Magica fans who are Metacreator users:

Last week we announced the beta release of the Mysteries Revised/Mystery Cults datasheets for Metacreator & Ars Magica. Every customer who pre-ordered this was sent an email with the download link. I've noticed that many of these people haven't yet made the download. Perhaps they missed the email, amidst all the spam that plagues us all.

So if you pre-ordered the new Metacreator expansion, it might be worth taking a peek in your spam trap! Peggy also says that you can contact her directly at pkvam@alteregosoftware.com for a download reauthorization, if necessary.

Update on New Releases

Just to let folks know, this week I've been stagger shipping the new releases (Houses of Hermes: Societates and Legendary Dungeoneer: Wrath of the Serpent Goddess) to our distributors. All of our US distributors should receive these new products (as well as the reprint of Unknown Armies 2nd Edition) next Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday, and they should start appearing in stores shortly thereafter.

If you're outside the USA, the time it takes for the books to show up at a store near you is a lot harder to predict, but I have shipped all of the non-US distributors' orders that we've received so the goods are en route.

Updated Virtues and Flaws

I've posted the updated Ars Magica Virtues and Flaws index which includes the information in Houses of Hermes: Societates. Our thanks to Erik Dahl.

Shipping Status

Houses of Hermes: Societates and the third printing of Unknown Armies 2nd Edition are now safely arrived in our warehouse. We are not yet shipping them out, however, because another new release, Legendary Dungeoneer: Wrath of the Serpent Goddess is in a truck on its way to us, with delivery expected on Friday. To economize on shipping and paperwork, we'll be shipping all three together (as well as the restock orders that distributors have given us).

Update to Ars Magica Index

The Ars Magica 5th Edition page now has two options for the Shape and Material Bonuses Index. You can view is as a CSV or a PDF. Our thanks to Erik Tyrell and Pitt Murmann.
